My work and writing often explore how design, technology, AI and organizational decisions shape human experiences.
But the questions that interest me extend beyond professional disciplines.
How do we develop better judgment? What makes leadership meaningful? How do we learn, adapt and grow? How do our values influence the decisions we make? And how can we create experiences and systems that genuinely serve people?
These questions connect different areas of my thinking — from Enterprise UX and AI strategy to mentoring, human behaviour and personal development.
I believe meaningful progress comes from connecting different perspectives, remaining curious and continuously questioning how we think, decide and act.

I’m Preeti Singh, a Design Leader, author and mentor working at the intersection of Enterprise UX, experience strategy, technology and AI.
Through KreativePS, I share research, frameworks, professional insights and reflections shaped by my experience, observations and continuous learning.
While much of my work focuses on designing better enterprise experiences and exploring the evolving relationship between humans and technology, I also believe in the importance of broader thinking — understanding people, developing perspectives and learning from the world around us.
Perspectives & Reflections is an extension of that belief: a space to explore ideas, share meaningful observations and encourage thoughtful conversations.
