My ongoing research led to the creation of the D³ Framework—a maturity model for Decision-Driven AI UX.
The framework helps organizations evaluate how intelligent systems support decision-making through explainability, user agency, collaborative intelligence, and adaptive learning.
D³ provides a structured approach to understanding where products are today and how they can evolve from reactive outputs to intelligent decision ecosystems.
